roasted potatoes...with a twist!

sweet potatoes
melted butter (1/4 cup, depending on # potatoes)
kosher salt
cayenne pepper/ regular black pepper


wash and slice sweet potatoes.  Place on parchment paper lined pan.  Brush with melted butter (or olive oil).  Sprinkle with salt and pepper of choice, flip over and repeat.  Bake/roast at 400 for 30 minutes.
